Paul Anthony Mego

Paul Anthony Mego is a Senior Lecturer in Political Science at the University of Memphis, Lambuth Campus in Jackson, TN, where he has taught since 2011 after previously serving at Lambuth University (1999-2011).

His educational background includes:

• Ph.D. in Political Science from University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa), 1999
• M.A. in Political Science from University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa), 1994

Dr. Mego's research centers on nationalism and ethnic conflict, political anthropology, and the relationship between politics and music, with additional focus on interdisciplinary team-teaching methodology. His scholarly approach integrates anthropological perspectives into political analysis.
