Patryk Perkowski

Patryk Perkowski is an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Sy Syms School of Business, Yeshiva University. His research integrates information technology, human resource management, and causal inference to explore how firms leverage human capital for competitive advantage in the modern economy, with a focus on machine learning, job platforms, and empirical methodology.

His research has been published in leading journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Management Science, and The Review of Economics and Statistics, as well as Harvard Business Review. Prior to his current role, he was a Postdoctoral Scholar in Business, AI, and Democracy at Columbia Business School, where he earned his PhD.
