Patrick Perkins is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Kansas School of Law, joining in 2023. He teaches Business Organizations, Corporate Finance, and Entrepreneurial Law. His research focuses on entrepreneurship, innovation, and small business legal frameworks. Previously, he was the Jeff and Cynthia Harris Clinical Fellow at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, leading the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic. Before academia, he practiced as a transactional attorney for technology startups in Silicon Valley and Salt Lake City.
