Patrick Parks

Patrick Parks is an Assistant Professor and Area Coordinator for Theatre Arts Administration at Howard University's College of Fine Arts. He teaches courses in HR management, leadership, finance, DEIB, and arts innovation, blending industry expertise in entertainment, consulting, and executive coaching.

Industry contributions include developing talent accelerators with Ulta Beauty and Wasserman Music, creative consulting for BET and NBC, and coaching programs for underrepresented artists. He co-founded the Keepers of 306 initiative at the National Civil Rights Museum and serves on Harvard's Black Alumni Society board.
