Dr. Patrick Meyer is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Chair of Information Systems I, Innovation and Value Creation, within the School of Business, Economics and Society at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU). He holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from FAU and Sungkyunkwan University, and a B.Eng. from Hof University of Applied Sciences and National University, USA. His research focuses on human factors in socio-technical systems, particularly the adoption of service robots in retail and servitization processes in manufacturing firms.
