Dr. Patrick McGurk is a Reader in Management Practice and Associate Dean, Education at Queen Mary University of London’s School of Business and Management. He leads education initiatives, sits on the School’s Steering Group (Senior Management Team), and is a member of the Department of People and Organisations. He holds a PhD from the London School of Economics and additional qualifications including Dipl. Betriebswirt, BA Hons, MA, and PGCE.
His research focuses on employer engagement, public sector management, leadership development, and education policy.
