Patrick Jaska

Dr. Patrick Jaska is a Professor in the McLane College of Business at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (UMHB), where he has served since June 2000. He has held multiple leadership roles, including Chair of the Management and Marketing Department, Chair of the Computer Information Systems Department, and Chair of the Department of Business Administration and Systems. He also served as Director of the Master of Science in Information Systems program and is currently the program coordinator for the Supply Chain Management major.

His research and teaching focus on supply chain management, radio frequency identification (RFID), and business process analysis. Students in his courses engage in practical applications of business principles through real-world projects. His academic background includes a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Arlington and M.A. and B.A. degrees from Baylor University.

Dr. Jaska has played a key role in shaping the curriculum and academic direction of information systems and supply chain programs at UMHB, contributing to workforce-ready education in high-demand fields.

He has held continuous academic leadership and faculty positions at UMHB, demonstrating sustained involvement in program development and academic administration.

Dr. Jaska is actively engaged in teaching and program coordination, with no indication of retirement or emeritus status.
