Patrick Jansen is a Professor in Wildlife Ecology at the Department of Biology, Faculty of Science, Utrecht University. His research focuses on wildlife interactions with plants, other species, humans, and pathogens in forest ecosystems across tropical (Barro Colorado Nature Monument, Panama) and temperate zones (Veluwe National Park, Netherlands).
