Patrick Hulme is a Stanton Nuclear Security Fellow at Stanford’s Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC) and will join the University of Florida's Hamilton School as an Assistant Professor in Fall 2025. His research focuses on congressional-executive relations in U.S. foreign policy, constitutional law, deterrence theory, and U.S.-China dynamics. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from UC San Diego (2023), a J.D. from UCLA School of Law (2017), and a B.A. in Economics from UC Davis (2013).
