Patrick Hales

Patrick Hales is an Associate Professor and Assistant Director for K-12 Education at the School of Education, Counseling and Human Development at South Dakota State University. He coordinates the Secondary Teaching Education Program and focuses on educational assessment, educational psychology, and Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL).
