Patrick Guidon is an Honorary Professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law at the University of St. Gallen. He has been a Judge at the Swiss Federal Supreme Court since 2025, following a long career as a Judge at the Cantonal Court of St. Gallen (2010-2024) and roles in international legal projects.
