Patrick Gauthier

Patrick Gauthier serves as Interim Head of the UCO School of Osteopathy at Health Sciences University in London. An experienced academic leader and clinician, he is dedicated to advancing osteopathic education through interdisciplinary collaboration and technological innovation. Under his leadership, the osteopathy program has grown in size and achieved a 40% increase in student satisfaction.

His research interests focus on integrating artificial intelligence into osteopathic clinical practice, particularly examining its impact on documentation, clinical reasoning, and student learning. Gauthier has co-authored influential research including a recent scoping review of the pedagogical evidence base published in the International Journal of Osteopathic Medicine.

Academically, Gauthier has developed a special interest in clinical and functional human anatomy, undertaking advanced dissection training at University College London and King's College London.
