Associate Professor Patrick Dumond holds a Ph.D., M.A.Sc., and B.A.Sc. from the University of Ottawa. He is affiliated with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering. His research focuses on vibration/acoustic system design, inverse eigenvalue methods, biomechanical design, design theory, musical acoustics, and experiential engineering education. He actively contributes to the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Engineering Design (CEED) and advises students in engineering competitions.
