Patrick Augustin is an Associate Professor of Finance at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. He holds the Canada Research Chair in Macrofinance and Derivatives and serves as an Associate Fellow at the Canadian Derivatives Institute. His roles include being a Fellow at the Global Future Councils of the World Economic Forum and a certified Financial Risk Manager by the Global Association of Risk Professionals. He received the Bank of Canada Governor’s Award (2022).
