Assoc. Univ. Dr. Patricia RUNCAN is an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Assistance, Faculty of Sociology and Psychology, West University of Timişoara. She holds a PhD in Sociology-Social Assistance and a habilitation thesis from the Romanian Academy.
