Dr. Patricia Johnson is a Senior Lecturer in Tourism at the Newcastle Business School, University of Newcastle. Her interdisciplinary research focuses on cosmopolitanism, cultural literacy, and risk in tourism experiences. She has conducted fieldwork in Iran, Kenya, PNG, and Vietnam, examining travel media, cruise tourism, and stakeholder networks.
