Patricia Hunt-Hurst is a Professor at the University of Georgia's College of Family and Consumer Sciences, Department of Textiles, Merchandising and Interiors. She specializes in African and African American dress and textile history, particularly focusing on 19th-20th century Georgia and South Carolina.
