Patricia Brazil

Patricia Brazil is the Averil Deverell Assistant Professor in Law at Trinity College Dublin, affiliated with the School of Law. She specializes in refugee/immigration law, family law, and child law. Her academic career is complemented by legal practice as a barrister since 2004.

Education: LL.B., M.Litt, Ph.D.

Research focuses on refugee rights, immigration policy, family law reforms, and child protection frameworks. She actively contributes to legal scholarship through peer-reviewed journals and international conferences.
