Patricia A. Frazier

Patricia A. Frazier is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Minnesota’s College of Liberal Arts. She serves as the Director of Graduate Studies and leads the Stress and Trauma Lab, focusing on understanding stress and trauma’s negative effects (e.g., depression, anxiety) and resilience mechanisms. Her work emphasizes factors like perceived control and coping strategies, utilizing daily-diary methods and developing technology-driven mental health interventions. Current research prioritizes student mental health.
