Patrice Eni

Patrice Eni is a Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Greenwich, affiliated with the School of Human Sciences within the Faculty of Education, Health and Human Sciences. She joined the university in January 2023 as a Teaching Fellow and currently leads the MSc Occupational Psychology programme, focusing on advanced concepts in Learning, Training, and Development. Her work emphasizes guiding postgraduate students toward professional development and career opportunities.

With a background spanning academia and industry, Patrice has held roles such as Business Psychologist at the Business Psychology Lab (UEL), Learning and Career Coach, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Her research interests include optimizing UX design, recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and fostering workplace wellbeing. She is dedicated to creating environments where professionals can thrive both personally and professionally.

Patrice holds a BSc and MSc in Psychology. Her career history includes positions with Pearson/Kings College London, City of Westminster College, Nonstop Consulting, and the University of Bedfordshire, where she conducted research from 2015 to 2018.
