Pascale Bertoni is a Lecturer in Public Law at the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, affiliated with the Faculty of Law and Political Science and the Department of Public Law. She directs the VIP Laboratory (Versailles Saint Quentin Laboratory public institutions) and co-directs the Master 2 'public litigation law' program, while also serving as Director of the Public Law Department since 2009.

Current research projects explore (1) fiscal policies for disability support, (2) the social VAT (TVA sociale) and its socio-economic implications, and (3) ideological influences on fiscal policies. She collaborates with multiple research entities, including CESDIP, DANTE, PRINTEMPS, and VIP Laboratories.
