Dr. Pascal T. Sierek is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Private Law, working under Prof. Dr. Anne Röthel. His interdisciplinary research focuses on legal challenges in digitalization, including data governance, intellectual property, and the integration of technical disciplines into private law. He holds a PhD from the University of Bonn, where his dissertation on data trustees received the TELEKOM-Prize.
