Pascal Mamassian

Pascal Mamassian is a CNRS Director of Research and head of the Laboratoire des Systèmes Perceptifs at École Normale Supérieure in Paris. His work bridges visual perception, Bayesian modeling, and metacognitive processes, with a focus on confidence estimation, motion perception, and cross-modal integration. He has served as assistant editor for Journal of Vision, Perception, and other journals.
