Pascal Kamina

Pascal Kamina is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, Jean Moulin University Lyon 3, where he serves as Director of the Master's in Cinema, Audiovisual and Digital Communication Law and Co-director of the LLM in International and European Business Law. He also acts as a Course Tutor for the Postgraduate Diploma/Masters in EU, UK & US Copyright Law at King's College, London.

His academic background includes a Doctorate in Law from the University of Poitiers and an L.L.M. and Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge. He is a member of the CNU Section 01 (Private Law and Criminal Sciences) and is authorized to direct research.

He leads the Private Law Team at the Louis Josserand Research Center and manages key academic programs, demonstrating a significant role in research leadership and academic administration.
