Paolo Buccirossi is a Visiting Professor in the European Economic Studies Department at the College of Europe (Bruges Campus). He is the Director and founder of Lear, an economic consultancy specializing in competition and regulatory matters. With over two decades of experience in competition policy, he has advised private clients and public institutions across Europe. He holds an MSc in Public Economics and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Rome La Sapienza and teaches Economics of Competition Law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
