Panche Ribarski is a Teaching Assistant at the Institute of Informatics, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. Born in Štip in 1984, he has been affiliated with UKIM since 2008, first as a laboratory teaching assistant during his undergraduate studies and subsequently as a teaching assistant after graduation.

- 2003–2008 – B.Sc. in Informatics, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje
- Post-graduate studies (TEMPUS Software Engineering programme) – coursework completed; master thesis in progress on cryptography and electronic voting
Research Interests
His primary research lies at the intersection of applied cryptography and software engineering, with a special focus on electronic voting systems. He is also interested in mobile and ubiquitous technologies and their integration into everyday life. These interests drive his work on securing software systems and developing trustworthy e-governance solutions.
