Spyridon Panagiotakis is an Associate Professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECCE) of the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU), specializing in 'Penetrating Networks and Service Infrastructures.' Since 2019, he has served as Head of the Department of Telecommunications and Information Technology. He holds a PhD from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), focusing on dynamic context-aware service provision in mobile networks. He has supervised 13 postgraduate and over 30 undergraduate theses. Active in academic service, he participates in organizing international conferences, reviews for journals, and coordinates initiatives like the Panhellenic Educational Robotics Competition in Crete.
