Pam Brown

Dr. Pam Brown is an Associate Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). She serves as the Director of Graduate Studies and leads the EdD in Kinesiology program, which transitioned to online delivery in 2014. Under her leadership, the program has grown significantly, welcoming new cohorts annually focused on teaching, leadership, and advocacy in kinesiology.

Her scholarly work centers on:

• Online teaching and learning methodologies
• Professional practice in kinesiology
• Instructional pedagogy and curriculum design
• Activity-based instruction techniques
• Health and wellness promotion
