Paige Hardy is an Associate Professor of Nursing in the Nurse-Midwifery (M.S.) program at Bethel University's Graduate School. She has practiced full-scope midwifery in a rural critical access hospital in western Minnesota for 19 years, all with the same clinic. Her teaching focuses on midwifery perspectives, advanced pathophysiology, health assessment, and clinical practicums.

Research interests include variables affecting midwifery school success and retention.
