PAULO MARTINEZ LEMA

Paulo Martínez Lema is a Galician philologist affiliated with the University of Santiago de Compostela, where he holds a Researcher position in the Department of Galician Philology under the Faculty of Philology. His work focuses on medieval toponymy and Galician linguistic history. He completed his doctoral thesis in 2010, titled Approach to medieval Galician toponymy: the documentation of the tomb of Toxos Outos (12th-14th centuries), and authored the 2018 work Toponymy of Begonte and Rábade. He was part of the FILGA (Galician Philology and Linguistics) research group from 2015-2017.
