Oya Taneri is an Associate Professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara, Turkey. She holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from METU (2010) and a postdoctoral fellowship at Indiana University's Center for International Education, Development and Research (2015-2016).
