Owen Nichols is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at The Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture at Cooper Union. He co-directs a83 (a curatorial and publishing collective) and the design firm Chibbernoonie. His work bridges architecture, printmaking, and exhibition curation, with projects featured in The New York Times, Architectural Record, and Harvard Design Magazine. He has curated over ten exhibitions and produced architectural prints acquired by MoMA.

Nichols’s research focuses on the intersection of architectural image-making and cultural production. Chibbernoonie’s built work includes an apiary, a special-needs school’s garden, and a single-family home renovation. Ongoing projects include a music venue in Los Angeles and a New Jersey residential house.
