Oskar Polanski

Oskar Polanski is a Researcher at the Department of Law at the European University Institute (EUI). He joined the institution in 2021 and serves as a Senior Editor for the European Journal of Legal Studies. His work focuses on the intersection of European legal systems and constitutional challenges in Poland.

Thesis and Supervision
Oskar's thesis, Legal Order Under Threat, was supervised by Gabor Halmai (Former EUI Professor) and Cormac Mac Amhlaigh. His research examines the erosion of EU legal integrity through Polish constitutional tribunal judgments.
