Oral Capps Jr. is an Executive Professor, Regents Professor, and holder of the Southwest Dairy Marketing Endowed Chair in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Texas A&M University. He co-directs the Agribusiness, Food, and Consumer Economics Research Center (AFCERC).
