Onno Oncken is a Full Professor of 'Dynamics of the Earth's Crust' at the Earth Sciences Department of the Free University of Berlin since 1994. He concurrently serves as Director of the 'Geodynamics' department at the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences since 2003.
