Omar Alhussein

Dr. Omar Alhussein serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Khalifa University. Previously, he worked as a Senior Research Engineer at Huawei Technologies Canada (2020-2023), where he developed machine-learning solutions for networks and filed six patent applications.

His educational qualifications include:

• M.A.Sc. in Engineering Science, Simon Fraser University (2015)
• B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Khalifa University (2013)
