Associate Professor Oluremi (Remi) Ayoko is a faculty member in the School of Business at the University of Queensland, specializing in Management. She holds a PhD from the same institution and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA). Her research focuses on conflict management, emotions, leadership, diversity, team dynamics, and the physical work environment's impact on employees' territoriality and well-being.
Dr. Ayoko has presented at major international conferences (e.g., Academy of Management, EGOS) and published extensively in journals like Journal of Organizational Behavior and Organization Studies. She co-edited Organizational Behaviour and the Physical Environment of Work and served as the immediate past Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Management and Organization. Her leadership includes convening the UQ Next Generation of Workspaces Research Network and chairing the UQ Cultural Inclusion Council.
