Olivia Prentice is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a partner at Bridges Fund Management, where she oversees impact strategy across all funds. She previously co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer of the Impact Management Project (IMP), a global non-profit driving consensus on measuring and managing sustainability impact. Her work contributed to the creation of the International Sustainability Standards Board and the UN-OECD Impact Management Platform. Olivia has held roles in international development at British International Investment and advises investors and corporates on impact strategies and asset allocation frameworks.
She teaches the Impact Investing elective on the Oxford MBA and delivers guest lectures on impact management at institutions including London Business School, Cambridge Judge Business School, and Columbia Business School. Olivia actively contributes to global standard-setting initiatives through advisory roles with Impact Frontiers and industry bodies like the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) and CFA UK.
Her career spans New York, Tanzania, and London, reflecting her expertise in cross-border impact strategies. Olivia’s research focuses on aligning financial systems with sustainability goals, emphasizing practical frameworks for impact measurement and management.
