Oliver Neubauer

Oliver Neubauer, Associate Professor at the Department of Nutritional Sciences, Faculty of Life Sciences, is a leading researcher in dietary nitrate, exercise physiology, and cardiovascular health. His work bridges molecular biology and immunology, focusing on how nutrients like nitrate and physical activity influence inflammation, gene networks, and age-related disease risks.
