Oliver Monti

Dr. Oliver Monti is Professor of Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Physics at the University of Arizona. His research at LabMonti investigates carrier physics in organic semiconductors using advanced photoelectron spectroscopy and scanning probe microscopy. Honors include the 3M Untenured Faculty Award and College of Science Teaching Award.

Research focuses on quantum-scale phenomena in photovoltaic and thermoelectric devices, with emphasis on interfacial charge dynamics. Key areas include spin-texture manipulation in topological insulators and defect-driven electronic structures at hybrid interfaces.
