Oliver Bendel is a Professor at the Institute for Information Systems, School of Business, University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW). He holds a M.A. in Philosophy and German Philology, a diploma in Information Science, and a Dr. oec. in Information Systems from the University of St. Gallen.
