Oliver Bartlett is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law and Criminology, Maynooth University, since 2018. He holds a PhD, MJur, and LLB from Durham University. His research focuses on public health law, including alcohol control, non-communicable disease policy, and EU public health governance.
