Olena Rudna is a University Lecturer at the MT School of Management, New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Rutgers University-Newark (2021), an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University (2013), and additional MBAs from Rutgers University (2009) and a B.S. in Library Science from the State Academy of Culture (2002).
