Ole Broberg is a Lecturer Emeritus at the Department of Engineering Technology and Didactics Strategy and Leadership Development, Technical University of Denmark (DTU). His research focuses on participatory ergonomics, knowledge transfer in engineering design, and employee participation in innovation. He holds a PhD and MSc from DTU, specializing in engineering and ergonomics.
Broberg's work addresses challenges in offshore oil industry knowledge transfer, healthcare work system simulation, and Industry 4.0 transitions. He has contributed to UN Sustainable Development Goals through research on education and industry advancements. Key projects include the DVIAA initiative on Design Thinking in OHS management and the EDGE project on offshore design optimization.
