Ofer Azoulay

Dr. Ofer Azoulay is an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology and Chief of Robotic and Microvascular Reconstruction at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. He specializes in head and neck oncology, robotic surgery, and microvascular reconstruction. His clinical practice focuses on complex benign/malignant tumors, facial nerve reanimation, minimally invasive techniques, and integration of advanced technologies like nerve stimulation implants.
