Océane Ragoucy is an Associate Lecturer at PSL University's School of Architecture (Department PASS). She combines academic work with roles as an architect, curator, independent consultant, and associate editor at AOC daily newspaper. Her interdisciplinary practice bridges architecture, art, and ecology.

Her research explores architectural production forms, urban margins, and ecological storytelling through diverse media including studies, exhibitions, films, self-published works, and collective writing projects. She conducted 30 filmed interviews on Paris' ecological transition and aesthetic controversies.
