OTILIA MONTEIRO FERNANDES is an Associate Professor in the Department of Education and Psychology at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro in Vila Real, Portugal. With a career spanning from 1989 to present, she began as an Assistant Professor before advancing to her current position as Associate Professor.
