OLGA DIAZ RUBIO

Olga Díaz Rubio is a university professor affiliated with the Faculty of Sciences at the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela (USC), specializing in the Department of Analytical Chemistry, Nutrition and Bromatology. She is associated with the CTleite research group focused on milk and food production, quality, and technology, as well as the BioReDes (Strategic Grouping in Sustainable Management and Production of Bioresources).
