Nwando Achebe is a University Distinguished Professor and Jack and Margaret Sweet Endowed Professor of History at Michigan State University. She serves as Associate Dean for Access, Faculty Development, and Strategic Implementation, while maintaining an active research agenda in African history, gender studies, and oral history.
