Nuggehalli M. Ravindra

Nuggehalli M. Ravindra is a Professor in the Department of Physics at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). He received his PhD in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in 1982 and has held positions at prestigious institutions including CNRS (France), International Center for Theoretical Physics (Italy), Microelectronics Center of North Carolina, Oak Ridge National Labs, and Vanderbilt University. His expertise lies in Semiconductors and Materials Science.
